On the western part of the town is the Topla’s Dubrava which has a magnificent
view of the entrance of the Bokokotor Bay. T-Invest company (Topla
Invest doo) on that very location is the proud owner of 3000 m2 of land on
which a residential complex Dubrava is under construction, with its 3200 m2
of housing surface which is divided into separate buildings A,B,C and D. Within
this structure there are 10 double garages, 32 parking areas and lifts. Forty
high quality accommodation units, measuring from 45 to 125 m2, with the
southern exposure distinguish comfort and functionality.
As planned according to the project the completion of work is targeted
in June, 2009.

In section A of this residential complex there are four floors and on each floor there  are three apartments.
A two-room apartment(1) measuring 67 m2,and a two-and-a-half-room apartment(2) measuring 77 m2. These apartments consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room and a kitchen. There is also
a two-and-a-half-room apartment(3), measuring 78 m2 consisting of two
bedrooms, two bathrooms , living room, dining room, a kitchen and two
terraces.

Section B, as well as section A, has five double-garages, a basement area
and a lift. The basement and the ground-floor level consist of four apartments. Two
one-and-a-half-room apartments of 47 and 50 m2, one two-room apartment
measuring 68 m2 and a twoand- a-half-room apartment of 78 m2.
On the first floor and the raised attic there are three apartments. A one room apartment(1) of 47 m2, a two-and-a-half-room apartment(2) of 78 m2 and a three-and-a-half-room apartment(3) measuring 125 m2.

In sections C and D, on the top two floors, this includes the first floor and the raised attic; there are two exceptional apartments with modern conveniences. These apartments
consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living-room, kitchen, dining-room and two terraces - one terrace is extending to the southern side of the apartment and covering an area of 18 m2. The housing surface is (1) 93 m2, and (2) 92 m2. The exact same housing surface is designed in the project for the ground floor in section D.
In the basement area of section D, as well as in the basement and on the ground floor of section C, there is a one-room apartment measuring 45 m2, one-and-a-half-room apartment of 60 m2 and a two-room apartment measuring 71 m2.
